The Australian Peacekeeper & Peacemaker Veterans’ Association (APPVA) is an all‑volunteer, non‑remunerated, not for profit veteran support charity organisation that assists all Australians who are serving, or have served, in peacekeeping, peacemaking, and humanitarian operations within Australia and overseas.
Peacekeeping operations are a whole-of-government effort. Alongside the ADF, personnel from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Australian Federal Police (AFP), and the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) play critical roles in complex and demanding environments.
We represent and advocate for all who have served in these operations, ensuring their contributions are recognised and their voices are heard.
No money is spent on salaries or executive retreats. Every dollar counts towards one of our projects. Your support makes a real difference.
Your donation supports:
Veteran advocacy & services — Through our advocacy at various levels of the National Consultation Framework with DVA and government.
Health, wellbeing & transition programs — helping veterans reintegrate into civilian life with dignity and purpose through meaningful programs.
Commemoration & remembrance activities — We honour the service and sacrifice of peacekeepers and all veterans regardless of whether they deployed overseas. Our Monument to ADF Members Killed in Training is a nationally significant monument to be place on Anzac Parade in Canberra
Make a meaningful contribution today. Every dollar helps support our projects and your help is genuinely appreciated.
Help sustain the work that matters. Regular contributions provide reliable funding for ongoing projects, national activities, and new initiatives that strengthen support for the peacekeeping and veteran community.
Thank you for standing with those who stood for others in their greatest time of need.
