This page tells the stories of a variety of Australian Peacekeepers and in doing so shows the diversity of peacekeepers and explains the challenges they faced. The page was funded by DVA and the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs in a Saluting their Service Grant and we would like to recognise the skills of This Story Australia, and thank their CEO Jeff Hughes for all the quality work undertaken.

The activity was undertaken as an element of the 75th Anniversary of Australian participation in UN Peacekeeping Operations which commenced on 14 September 1947.
