APPVA Dinner Refund Policy

The Australian Peacekeeper and Peacemaker Veterans’ Association (APPVA) aims to make its events accessible and well-organised for all attendees. As dinners and functions require advance commitments to venues and catering, the following refund policy applies to all ticket purchases.

Refund Requests

  • Refunds may be requested up to 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable, as catering and venue costs will have already been confirmed.

  • In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at the discretion of APPVA.

Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please notify the event organiser with the new attendee’s details prior to the event.

Event Changes or Cancellation

  • If APPVA cancels or significantly reschedules an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new date where applicable.
