The Modern Veterans' Voice

An opportunity for the North Western Tasmanian veteran community to unite as one and define our list of veteran and veteran family issues and prioritise them
19 Sep 2022

North Western Tasmanian Veteran Community.  We invite all veterans, veteran families and members of our support network such as medical and wellness professionals to attend this casual Q&A session.

The aim of the “A Modern Veteran’s Voice” is to allow our local veteran community to unite as one and define our list of veteran and veteran family issues and place them in an order of priority our community feels is appropriate.

The evening will be professionally facilitated, and the panel will include the Assistant Minister for Veteran Affairs Minister, Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP, local, Tasmanian and Commonwealth politicians, DVA and a senior veteran leader from Canberra.

Questions: Please send any questions you have to this email address to ensure we have the answers on the night:

Issues better addressed in private.  If you have questions that you would like asked and answered in private, please click here to book a time on either 6 or 7 October 2022 with a national veteran leader, Ian Lindgren, who will be speaking on the night.
