The Wellbeing Toolbox: Can you help us to sharpen the tools?

The Wellbeing Toolbox www.wellbeingtoolbox.net.au is an online program developed to help in the adjustment to civilian life and to support general wellbeing.

Ex-serving members and their families, aged 18-55 who have mild to moderate mental health or wellbeing concerns, and who are not currently receiving formal psychological treatment, are being sought as volunteers to help research the effectiveness of the online program.

Participant confidentiality is assured.
